Return Policy

For products with main label replacement, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a product quality issue or we shipped the wrong item.

For products without main label replacement, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your package if you need to request a return or exchange.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any taxes, duties, or fees generated during the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.

Please carefully inspect your package after delivery. If any item is damaged, has a quality issue, or is different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so our team can help resolve the issue.
